“But I’m not flexible,” you say. Perfect! Me neither, although I am certainly more flexible than I used to be! A lack of flexibility is all the more reason to begin a yoga practice. You wouldn’t avoid going to the dentist because you’re teeth aren’t perfect would you? The goal of each class and each pose is to reach you’re the outer edge of your comfort zone, little by little increasing your flexibility, strength, balance and focus. You don’t need to conform to a “perfect” pose, the pose needs to conform to you!

Options are provided for all levels. Above all, the goal is to improve body awareness, help you train smarter and to have fun doing it!
